A one-line fix and a change across fifty files need different amounts of attention. Cloud includes AI usage credit instead of promising a fixed number of reviews.

What does the annual discount cover?

Annual billing saves 20% on Cloud and Cloud BYOK seat subscriptions compared with twelve monthly payments. The annual subscription is paid upfront. Additional AI usage, provider charges, and infrastructure costs are separate and do not receive this discount.

Is there a fixed number of reviews?

No. A small change and a large pull request can require very different amounts of AI work. Cloud includes a usage balance instead of a fixed review count. Review size, retrieved context, and additional research affect consumption. Fair usage and operational limits still apply.

How does the shared Cloud credit work?

Each Cloud seat contributes $10 of AI usage credit each month to your organization’s shared balance. Five seats contribute $50 per month. Annual billing keeps the same monthly allowance; it does not turn it into a balance available all at once.

What happens when the included credit runs out?

Additional usage is separate from your seat subscription. Review the rate and spending controls before enabling additional usage. New reviews pause when the available budget is exhausted. Your subscription settings explain allowance renewal and the treatment of unused credit.

What is a paid seat?

Paid seats cover developers enabled for reviews. Read-only viewers and billing administrators are free. Review the billing adjustment shown when adding or removing seats.

Is self-hosted really free?

The self-hosted software has no Inkspect subscription fee. You cover your own infrastructure and model provider usage, and manage installation, access, maintenance, and updates. See the self-hosted guide to understand deployment responsibilities.
