Work with code you are allowed to access

Connect repositories only for code you have permission to access and process. Respect your team's policies and third-party intellectual property rights.

Respect the service and other people

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use the product to facilitate unlawful activity.

Handle sensitive information carefully

Review integration permissions and processing terms before sharing private code, credentials, or personal information.

Keep a human in the decision

Treat automated findings as review assistance. Validate suggestions, run relevant checks, and make the final decision about what to merge.
